Answer

No, you do not need to have received your booster shots to attend, only to be fully vaccinated, which means 2 shots of an mRNA vaccine or 1-shot of an adenovirus vaccine.

Unfortunately, this means you cannot attend the wedding. A positive COVID-19 antigen result means you are likely contagious.
