FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 p.m. Gates to the venue will open 30 minutes prior to the ceremony starting time. Due to possible Nashville traffic, we recommend leaving with ample time to get to the venue.

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If your guest name is listed on your invite and when you RSVP, then yes! Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as intimate as possible with close friends and family.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this as a “night out” for yourself!

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Front Porch Farms provides on-site parking for guests. Although the parking lot is spacious, we do recommend carpooling. Cars may not be left at the venue overnight.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’d love to see our guests dressed up with us! The dress code is garden party formal. We are encouraging bright colors & fun patterns! The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside while the reception will be inside. Ladies are encouraged to wear dresses & men are encouraged to wear dress shirts/dress pants or suits. No jeans please!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Guests may enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the night’s festivities. Upon arrival, guests will receive an optional glass of champagne to sip during the ceremony. During cocktail hour, guests may try the bride & groom’s signature cocktails. After cocktail hour, only beer and wine will be served. Please bring tip money for our awesome bartenders!
