WE CAN NOT WAIT TO CELEBRATE OUR MARRIAGE WITH YOU!

We first met each other in the basement of our resident hall our sophomore year of college. We started talking through a mutual friend daring Nick to see how many bananas he could obtain from the dining hall in four hours. Needless to say, two hours later we had seventy six bananas and a whole bunch of panic on what to do with them. Traveling back to the Milwaukee area that weekend consisted of surprising both sets of parents with a laundry basket of bananas and a whole day in the kitchen making sixteen loaves of banana bread together. With the laughs shared that day, falling in love came as no surprise. Over the years we noticed we had more pictures laughing together than we knew what to do with. On December 18th, 2018 Nick got down on one knee to propose where we had our first date, the Rotary Lights in La Crosse, WI. What did come as a surprise was, despite meticulous planning, he went down on one knee in a puddle and proposed as Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer started playing in the background. It may not have been the traditionally movie perfect proposal but it was the perfect proposal to celebrate our relationship. On July 18th, 2020 we were married in front of our bridal party and family. While the day was nothing like we planned, it ended up being a beautiful celebration of the love we have for each other. We knew that if we survived planning a COVID-19 wedding together, marriage would be easy. Despite being married to our best friend we missed a large chunk of our closest family and friends. We can not wait to celebrate with all of our loved ones on July 16th, 2022!
