Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive between 3:30-3:50PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4PM. Should you arrive late, you will be asked to wait by the entrance until the conclusion of the ceremony.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited venue capacity, we can only allow the people listed on your invitation. All invited members of your party will be listed on the invitation and in the RSVP form.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We will be providing a vegan option in the buffet dinner. If you have an allergy or intolerance beyond that, please reach out to the bride or groom.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Parking is onsite. We ask that you please don’t drink and drive. If you end up having one too many drinks, you are allowed to leave your car there until 12PM the next day.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that all guests wear formal attire. Guests should avoid wearing jeans. Ladies, please refrain from wearing white, ivory, or light blue.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your kids, the venue does have limited capacity. Invitations will be specific and include the names of the children that have been invited. We encourage all parents to use this as a fun getaway!

Will the wedding be outside?

Answer

Weather permitting, both the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors. Please dress accordingly and make sure to check weather conditions leading up to the event - it can get surprisingly warm in Savannah in January! Additionally, keep in mind the venue has grass and gravel terrain.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

Here is the address: 190 Red Gate Farms Trail, Savannah, GA 31405. There is a parking lot onsite if you choose to drive yourself. The area is also serviced by Uber/Lyft.

Is the ceremony and reception at the same place?

Answer

Yes! Promptly after the ceremony, dinner + dancing will follow.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We’d prefer if guests would view the ceremony without any distractions, so we ask that you please put away all electronics for the duration of the ceremony. We hired a team of photographers to capture the moment! Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many pictures as you wish!
