Built in 1928 and surrounded by lush gardens, the Spanish villa style suits the Mediterranean vibe of its coastal location, bringing your event old-world charm with modern flair. The owner and resident, Francesca herself, has put her mark on this enchanting home with custom mosaics, hand-selected tiles, a koi pond, seasonal gardens, local historic photographic prints, and more.

Garden Courtyard: Spanish villa-style backyard with pergola-covered al fresco dining area, koi pond, and lush garden. Gourmet Kitchen: Newly renovated with gourmet appliances and attached dining room opening up to Garden Courtyard. The Lounge: Adjacent suite with sofa, counter space, and restroom, which can be used for getting-ready, photo booth setup, greenroom, coatcheck, or whatever you like! The Casita: Newly constructed ocean-view apartment, designed to match the historical integrity of the whole property, overlooking the Garden Courtyard.
