Exhibit Hall

The Convention Center's largest space can split into three separate halls and is capable of hosting any event.

The Exhibit Hall is the largest event area at this venue at 13,950 square feet. It has large ceilings and ample room for seated guests, a dance floor, and live entertainment. This event space can be configured in many ways and accommodates up to 944 guests. For slightly smaller gatherings, the Exhibit Hall can be split into three separate event areas with the use of soundproofing wall separators.

Room cost

The wedding package for One Hall (up to 200) starts at $1,750, for Two Halls (up to 350) starts at $2250, and the Full Hall (up to 500) starts at $2750. Standard starting price is $600.

    The Civic Center was the perfect spot for our wedding reception. They were very easy to work with and the location was great. With an attached hotel, it was perfect for our out of town guests. The pricing was very competitive and we were able to select exactly what we needed to make our special day, perfect. I would recommend anyone getting married in the Lima area to check out the Civic Center for all of their reception needs.

    Though I'm not a bride/couple that has utilized the Civic Center as a venue, I can offer a different perspective on the space. I'm a videographer, and frequently film at the Lima Civic Center. The team there has always been very professional and treated me with courtesy. They've helped out when needed (like when a counterpart needed a quiet place to deal with a medical issue). They make me feel like I'm part of their team when I'm there. I've seen how they interact with wedding patrons and families, and I would not hesitate to recommend the Civic Center to couples. I also think it's very neat and convenient to have the hotel attached. I've seen weddings in several different spaces within the building, including the main convention hall, the theater, and the lobby with tremendous natural light. In short, as a vendor I've been very pleased with my experiences at the Lima Civic Center. I frequently encourage my friends and family to inquire with the venue about having their wedding celebrations there.
