Yes, we have ample space for parking plus a porte-cochere for picking up and dropping off guests in case of bad weather.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible and our restrooms have handicap facilities.

Our weekend days (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) are either full day of 14 hours from 9am-11pm for up to 200 or for those not wanting the full day option, we have a brunch time from 9am-3pm and an evening time from 5pm-11pm for up to 100 with a $6.00 per person charge for over 100 up to 200. Weekdays (Monday thru Thursday) are by the hour at $350.00 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours for up to 100 people with an additional charge of $6.00 per person for over 100 up to 200.

We set up tables and chairs and if you rent the linens from us, they will be fresh steamed and on the tables ready for you to do your tablescapes. You must remove trash from your tables to receptacles provided and any personal deco prior to departure and we tear down your set up and clean the facility.

Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. To reschedule your date there is a $350.00 charge if done more than 6 months in advance, if less than 6 months the charge is $650.00.

We are located approximately 12 miles from the Hot Springs Airport out Airport Rd. (Hwy 70W) to Pearcy and then left on S. Pearcy Rd. to the first intersection which is Lost Creek Rd. and we're on the corner.

Yes, and if you are having liquor you will need coverage for that as well. We can recommend an insurer which is usually around $100-$150.
