About this venue

Sassafras has won Best of the Best for Wedding Venues every year since we opened in 2014.  We are on an exquisite 70 acre estate that includes the beautiful vineyard, the gorgeous Chapel Ruins, Veranda, or Sunroom for your ceremony, the remodeled event center for the reception, the Peacock Room for your getting-ready suite, and the stunning valleys and fields in between. We also have 3 overnight accommodations perfect for you and your bridal party or your out of town guests! We include a tables, chairs, linens, and a large selection of decor for your wedding day!

    I got married at Sassafras in 2023. Their onsite coordinator was so helpful the entire day - they brought my bridesmaids and me mimosas and my husband and his groomsmen a couple of beers during the day while we got ready! There was not a single hiccup the whole day. I can't recommend this venue enough

    As a wedding planner, I highly recommend Sassafras to all of my couples! The events team is so easy to work with, every space they offer is absolutely stunning, and luckily for me, they have many rain backup options just in case!
