I absolutely LOVED this venue. It was very inclusive while still being very affordable! All my guests commented on how beautiful it was. I’m so thankful I was able to have my wedding at Ryan Acres and would highly recommend it!

Yes, our event center is 3600 square feet and totally climate-controlled (heat and cooling). Your guests will be in complete comfort.

No. DJ/MC comes standard and includes sound for your ceremony as well (separate sound system). On lighting, we provide string lighting, perimeter uplighting, cake spotlight, heat table spotlight and dance floor spotlight. The value on these services alone run over $2500. It’s a great deal.

We do allow alcohol service with any licensed and insured bar-tending service of your choice. Outside alcohol, brought in by guests is never allowed.

We take care of standard cleanup. If cleanup requires more than 3 hours (exceptionally dirty), it will be billed out at $250 per hour. There is a $500 security deposit required, which is returned to you once the property is left without damage and without exceptional cleanup required.

You will never lose your deposit with us. If your date has to be moved because of another shutdown, then you simply pick a new date and we'll apply your deposit to that date (up to 1 year out). The package deal you get will be the same for the new date, no increases at all. The same rule applies in the case of military deployments. Just pick a new date, and we'll do it then.

With wedding venues, most places use the term "all-inclusive" for only items that are associated with the venue itself. Our packages do include venue, ceremony site, tables, chairs and linens, but we also include string lighting, uplighting, dance floor lighting, cake spot, photography, DJ/MC, sound equipment and photo booth.

Our event building will easily accomodate 200 guests. If you require more, we can add outdoor or tented seating as needed.

Winter months

We require a licensed and insured bar-tender. You may provide your own alcohol but it MUST be served by a licensed bar-tender. This protects us both from liability.
