Pretty but not worth the headaches

My husband and I were disappointed with our experience at Ruffled Feathers Golf Club for our wedding. While the venue itself was beautiful, comfortable and picturesque, with great food, the communication and operations were severely lacking. The staff were disorganized and slow to respond, often taking 30 days to get back to our inquiries. Many details were missed on the day, and it was clear they did not prioritize client satisfaction. To make matters worse, they charged us for food that was either taken by their staff or thrown away. Overall, it was an unpleasant and stressful experience, and we would not recommend this venue to other couples planning their wedding.

I loved having my wedding at Ruffled Feathers. It is a beautiful venue to begin with, so there was very little that we had to to feel wedding ready. Everything went seamlessly and Kiley was a great day of coordinator, making sure that we had everything we needed. The food was outstanding and everyone raved about our cake which is provided from Orland Bakery. Everything felt so easy in those final days leading up to the wedding and it was so much to do with having everything at Ruffled Feathers and the amazing work they do.
