When you walk in the front entrance, you’re greeted by a soaring, 7,000+ square foot space and a grand staircase connecting two levels of party zones which accommodate up to 300 (personal information protected by Zola) level includes a full bar, guest tables and chairs. The lower level has electrical accommodations for a DJ or live band. And a full prep kitchen that provides top-of-the-line facilities. Or you could consider holding your event outdoors, with the beautifully manicured gardens and warm ochre and terracotta walls of an Italian style palazzo in the background. Choose the covered patio area or an extensive open patio where you could set up a marquee, each with breathtaking views of the river to provide a perfect photo opportunity.
