Q: What’s your back-up plan if you can’t photograph our wedding as planned?

In my 6 years of experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my assistant. I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement.

Q: How long will it take to see our pictures?

My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 4-6 weeks after your wedding. Within this time, you can also expect to receive a USB drive with high-resolution image files, so you can share the photos with your loved ones and order prints. I also guarantee a few sneak peek photos within two days of the wedding - because you want amazing photos to post, of course!!

Q: Do you also offer video services?

No, I prefer focusing on photography only, so you can get the best wedding pictures possible. Although, I do have plenty of colleagues that are videographers that I would love to recommend!

Q: How far in advance should we book you for our wedding?

Typically, couples book me about 13 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.

Whether you are eloping or having an intimate wedding, this package is perfect for those that would love high quality photos, but aren't having a large event. I will produce 200 fully edited photos in this package, and stay at the location for 4 hours.

I recently got married and my husband and I hired Sarah Hays Photography to do our engagement and wedding photos. We knew going in that she does amazing work as she has done our best friends photos for years now, but we were still blown away by her products. We highly recommend Sarah for any and all of your photography needs, but especially for engagement/wedding photos. Sarah has done everything photos for me from engagement, family, announcements, newborn, but my favorite has to be my wedding!! She is so down to earth and was so amazing about finding where the best shot was, she made us feel like there wasn’t a camera at all! Being in front of her camera feels so organic, not to mention she is reliable and has an amazing turnover time! I cannot recommend Sarah to everyone enough, all of her photos are so good, I can never decide what to put on the wall!
