Yes! We have a small private lot that holds about 6-8 cars that is included in the venue rental. There is also a large paid lot directly across from our front entrance. We can coordinate guest parking at $15/car or valet services for $35/car.

Yes, our venue and facilities are wheelchair accessible.

Access to the entire studio space, cleaning and greeting/security staff, all amenities & utilities, access to our private parking lot and an onsite venue manager.

Your reservation includes up to 12 hours, inclusive of time to set up and load-out. Typically this is 12am-12pm. We can rent additional hours for a fee.

We require a 50% deposit to lock in your date. Cancellations made 60 days or more in advance of the event date will receive a 100% refund of deposit. Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance of the event date will receive a 50% refund of deposit. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the event date.

We do ask for a COI (certificate of insurance) from booking clients and couples. We have preferred partners that can provide this for you, and generally costs less than $150 for full liability coverage for you and your vendors.
