Yes, self parking in heated covered garage is available at a nightly rate of $17 per vehicle, per night. Parking is complimentary after 3pm for event guests not staying on property, on a first-come, first-serve basis.
$2,500 ceremony site fee/reception room rental fee includes set up, clean up, tables, chairs, china, flatware, glassware, votives, black or white linen, dimmable lighting and indoor backup space. Additional items included for Fitz Restaurant events with outdoor patio, market lights, and heaters.
Cancellations occurring 180-365 days prior to event are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations occurring 90-180 days prior to event date are subject to a 50% fee. Cancellations occurring 90 days to event date are subject to a 100% fee. Sleeping Room reservations have a different policy for individual pay own reservations. Please see Sales Manager for more details
Manor Vail closes between the end of ski season through the beginning of summer season, every year. Typically this is mid April through Memorial Day weekend. Best pricing for sleeping rooms is available typically during end of October through early December, April, and end of May through mid-June. See Sales Manager for "Value Dates" promotion for additional discounts.
We do not have more than one wedding a day at Manor Vail, so our team can focus on you. We typically reserve the ceremony and event spaces starting at noon on event day. Events must end by 9pm outdoors and 10pm indoors per noise ordinance.
Yes! We are a full service, condominium style hotel. We offer discounted room blocks as well as space-available rates for weddings. A room block requirement is 5 or more rooms for 2 nights. A custom booking link and code is provided so guests can make and pay for their own room reservations under your block. Please see Sales Manager for more details.
