The Estate boasts an exquisite Mansion, built in 1873, and a newly renovated Ballroom. The Mansion's vintage charm is the perfect location for intimate celebrations, while the spaciousness of the Ballroom can accommodate events of up to 250 guests. Walk down the aisle in a historic Church, built in 1895, featuring stained glass windows and the original pipe organ. Or, exchange vows under the romantic pergola in the gardens. From your first kiss to your last dance, a unique occasion awaits...

The Victorian Ballroom, built in 1903, offers a wonderful blend of history and vintage charm, in an updated, spacious manner. The warm, inviting space features its original iron beams and high ceilings, and is complimented by great crystal and bronze chandeliers. The doors lead out to an expansive wrap-around, covered verandah, perfect for cocktail hour, or simply for enjoying a beautiful evening.

We do not have a rental fee for the reception space. We do ask that the catering/rentals reach a minimum dollar amount, that ranges between $8,000-$15,500.

You can host just your ceremony on site, it does not need to be both ceremony and reception. Our non-denominational church is $1000 for a 2 hour time period. There is also a one hour rehearsal included in the fee. The latest we can host a ceremony, without a reception on site, is from 1:00-3:00 PM.

Garden Ceremony

Description

This is for a 2 hour time period. There is also a one hour rehearsal included in the fee. The latest we can host a ceremony, without a reception on site, is from 1:00-3:00 PM.

    My husband and I were impressed the most with this venue when we were researching venues to hold our wedding and we are so glad we chose this place. We had the best time ever the entire family that owns the Jacob Henry Mansion were the most amazing people to work with. They made the wedding so easy the planning process was such a breeze. We will definitely be using this venue again for all kinds of future events. We even started planning our five year anniversary at this place.
