What is your peak season?

Jackson Lake Lodge is open seasonally from mid-May through the first week of October. As we are a destination wedding, we consider our full operating season to be our "peak season."

What is your off-peak season?

Accepted Answer

Jackson Lake Lodge is closed for the winter, from the second week of October until Mid-May the following year.

Can we bring our own alcohol?

All food and beverage consumed in function areas must be purchased through the Banquets Department of Jackson Lake Lodge. A $20 per bottle corkage fee will apply to wines served but not purchased from Jackson Lake Lodge banquets.

Do you have on-site parking?

Yes, Jackson Lake Lodge has five public parking bays directly in front of the main lodge building. For guests staying at the Lodge, there is also parking available outside each guest cottage.

What is included in the cost of our Reception & Dinner?

Accepted Answer

Room rental fees include service staff, tables, chairs, linens, china, flatware, and basic setup. The total cost of your wedding reception is based on your menu selections. Events can range from a simple cocktail reception to an elegant plated four-course dinner, depending on your taste and budget.

Is there a National Park entry fee?

All guests entering Grand Teton National Park are charged an entrance fee, currently $35 per vehicle. This money is collected by the National Park Service and Grand Teton Lodge Company has no authority to waive or adjust these fees. Fees are subject to increase at the discretion of the NPS.

Can our wedding ceremony be held outside at Jackson Lake Lodge?

The Southwest Terrace is our outdoor ceremony space, where white folding chairs and breathtaking panoramic Teton views await you and your guests. This area is open to the public, however, hotel guests are typically respectful of wedding ceremonies. In the case of inclement weather, we can move your ceremony into the upper lobby of Jackson Lake Lodge, where the 60-foot floor-to-ceiling windows will still provide those breathtaking Teton views.

Does Jackson Lake Lodge provide wedding planning services?

Accepted Answer

A professional day-of wedding planner is required for all weddings renting reception space. Day-of wedding coordination should include a customized wedding itinerary, ceremony and procession organization, managing arrival and setup of vendors, and the timing of key reception events include the bridal party entrance, toasts, first dances, and cake cutting. Our Conference Planning Manager will assist you with menu planning, room layout, audio-visual needs, and basic timing of reception events. On the day of the event, the CPM will ensure that the room setup is to your specifications, as outlined on the Banquet Event Orders.

Can I book hotel rooms at Jackson Lake Lodge?

We typically do not offer room blocks for weddings, however, your guests are absolutely able to book accommodations on their own. Please ask your guests to notify us at the time of booking that they are with your wedding party and we will do our best to assign your guests to the same general area of the lodge. We suggest you provide our Reservations phone number (307-543-3100) with your save-the-date cards and on your wedding website. Due to the popularity of the area, please remind your guests to plan and book well in advance.

Question 11

How far in advance can I book my wedding?

We begin booking weddings on January 1st of the prior year. So if you were interested in a 2026 wedding, you can submit an inquiry as soon as January 1, 2025 to request your date.

Question 12

Does Jackson Lake Lodge offer transportation services?

Accepted Answer

Jackson Lake Lodge does not offer charter transportation services. Please see our Recommended Vendors List for information on charter transportation services in the area.

Question 13

When can we start setting up decor for our wedding ceremony and/or reception?

Accepted Answer

Chairs for your ceremony will be set up at least one hour prior to the event. Our set-up time will also depend on the weather forecast for the day. The set-up time for your reception will depend on other events booked that morning, but typically entry to the reception space is available as early as 1:00pm.
