      The Venue

      At Fendley Farmstead, LLC you’ll find an indoor barn-style ballroom as well as a garden.

      If you want to be close to the outdoors but crave the reassurance of a roof, the barn’s sides can be opened up. You can even say your vows in front of the ambiance of the ballroom’s brick fireplace. The property features another barn that has been created with fairy tales in mind, as reflected by its charming adjacent bridge and fountain. Throughout your special day, you and your loved ones can take memorable photos in the popular greenhouse setting. The venue consists of endless possibilities for other photo opportunities, such as beside their sweet, photo-loving cow, Sugar. Other dazzling features on the property include a quaint vineyard, a flower garden with a cinderella-style carriage, and a wooden swing. Prior to the day’s highlights, you are welcome to prepare and relax in the venue’s get-ready room. The majority of the grounds are wheelchair accessible, and self-parking and valet parking services are available.

With over 10 years of experience, they can assist with seating arrangements, vendor management, decor plans, and more. For every occasion, their team provides barware, china, flatware, glassware, and linens. To alleviate stress on the big day, they will be there to set up and clean up your chosen celebration space. Event items such as chair covers, centerpieces, aisle runners, drapery, tents, and more are available for your use. For all of your entertainment needs, lighting and sound equipment can be provided and on-site Wi-Fi is available.

        I wanted to drop you a note to thank you for all you did to help make our reception a roaring success. I thought everything went great and I personally had a fantastic time. I don’t think it could have been any better. Many of the guests told us and me how nice the venue was, how great the food was and how nice all the folks that were working the party were. So please pass on our thanks and gratitude to them for making the party one to remember. I want to especially thank Charles for his help and guidance from start to finish. He really helped us make the correct decisions throughout the process which helped lower the natural worry about how it would turn out. Plus he really worked your butt off during the party making sure I (the bride) had water, a drink, or if there was anything I needed at all. Thanks again for everything.. it was perfect.
