The Beach House is not available for rentals from October 1 - May 25. The facility is not heated.

Yes as long as you have secured an Alcohol Consumption Permit. Depending on the number of attendees there may also be a security requirement or an event insurance requirement.

Yes, there is a large parking lot available. There is a little bit of a walk from the lot to the Beach House along a paved sidewalk.

The facility is rented by the hour. You are required to rent the facility for all hours of occupancy which includes set up and tear down. Clean up options are: 1. None - You do all the clean up within your rental time. 2. Next Day Clean Up - You come in the next day between 8-10am to do the clean up. 2. Full Service Clean Up - We do the clean up for you. All personal items must be removed from the facility at the end of your rental time.

It is not required, but highly encouraged. If you secure an Alcohol Consumption Permit there may be insurance requirements.

Yes! There are enough tables and chairs to accommodate 200 attendees. Please note that the chairs are not allowed outside the building. If you are planning a beach wedding make alternative arrangements for chairs. There are 4 pub tables allowed to be out on the patio.

Candles are not allowed and the fireplace is not functional. You are free to decorate the fireplace.

No we do not.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. It should be noted that we can work with you to allow attendees needing assistance to be dropped of at the front of the building.

We do not take deposits to hold dates. If you want to book the facility then full payment is due at the time of booking. There is no cancellation policy, once booked it is locked in. We can work with you to move the date of the event.

Duluth International Airport is the closest airport to the Beach House.
