Historic DerbyShire Estate grounds is the perfect venue for any special occasion, vintage layered with meaning and symbolic significance. Set on 20 gated private groomed acres, manicured lawns, vibrant flowers, chive & lavender fields, fruit trees and horse stable create the perfect natural setting for forever memories. Estates original gunite pool built in 1906 has its own charm. Market umbrellas, loungers, high tops and bar. Horses graze pool side adding a unique flair for guests and photos.

Perfect cozy space for the bride prior to the night of the wedding. Lavish room, full bathroom separate entrance and private outdoor garden patio. Wedding day it’s a ideal suite for the grooms party dressing room. Full bar on the patio, access to Great Room with self playing baby grand piano and/or pianist welcome. Grooms party have access to Game Room with pool table, darts, 4 large screen televisions with all movie channels and Apple TV. Fire places, unlimited WI-FI connection all round.

The Estate has a secret trap door under the floor in the Great Room that leads to a Rathskeller. This beautiful exciting space was created in the 1920’s to bootleg moonshine. The secret room was discovered, the cement wall was blown through and shots were fired. Original pews, copper bar, distilling room. All hand made lighting created to illuminate this unforgettable unique space.

This glorious space has an incredible view of the fields, horses, vibrant window boxes filled with flowers and herbs, birds and wildlife. 6 burner Viking gas stove set into brick and granite, double oven, Italian tile and sink. Glass cabinets, wide plank oak counters. The NO. 20 bell off a train adorns the entrance. Guests ring the bell upon entering this amazing space and it’s rung again after the ceremony. Exquisite sunsets, rainbows light up the skies viewed through multiple large windows.

Bright sunny cozy room with its own sitting reading room with fire place. Big over stuffed reclining couches, reading chair, fine art, wide plank oak hard wood floors. Tuned to enjoy, our baby grand piano that can play itself, chosen music and/or Pianists welcome. Siri, WiFi and google are throughout the rooms, don’t forget the charming Grandfather clock, access the the back gardens, pool, fire pit , hot tub. FABULOUS fun room for movies, popcorn, dancing and singing. Characters Welcome!

Game Room is 512 sq ft space that screams, relax, release and play. Comfy over stuffed chairs, French doors that lead you out to the back garden which has a large table that seats 12 comfortably, market umbrella, fire pit view and hot tub with deck bar. Darts designed with cork wine glass back stop. High top bar table with chess, checkers, cards and Jenga. Front deck with Kennedy rockers beautiful roses and hydrangeas in abundance around lovely walkway.

Private access through the kitchen 2 cozy rooms both uniquely decorated with colorful charm. Each cozy small space sleeps 2. Full bathroom decorated with sea Cape Cod calm blue ambiance with arched window with view of NO. 20 antique bell from a train. The two guest rooms abut a 285 sq quiet study plush with rich stately chairs, overhead fan, fine art, private access perfect for reading, relaxing, drawing and/or games. This part of the house is truly a treasure, its unique colorful spaces &charm.

This space features a queen sleigh bed with country quilts, plush pillows, ceiling fan, antique desk, WI FI. Private full bath with access to a comfortable sitting room with pillowed sitting chairs, music, Armoire hosted smart TV. Perfect escape for reading, creative, conversation, game/cards playing table.

This beautiful space for the Bride and Bridesmaids to ready. AC, overhead fan, chaise lounge, California king bed, wide plank oak floors, stand alone and wall mounted mirrors galore. Substantial smart tv offering all movie channels and Apple TV. Large walk in to hang gowns accentuated by a lovely chandelier. Tuscan bathroom with overhead rain shower, hand held, side spouts and steam. Large antique mirror, heat options, double sinks, Siri, Google or iPhone connect to overhead music. Champagne!
