With three beautiful and unique mansions in the heart of Duluth, there are so many possibilities! We offer options from elegant elopement packages to our remarkable full mansion rental package. We are here to provide you with the perfect space and help guide you through this special time in your lives. Each of the mansions were built at the start of the 20th century by some of Duluth’s most prominent community members and have been tastefully updated for modern conveniences while honoring their history. Host your Bridal Shower at The Salyards Mansion, a beautiful Dutch Colonial situated on 2 sprawling acres. The grand brick GG Barnum Mansion with it’s 3 season porch is an ideal location for your Rehearsal Dinner with its 40 person harvest dinner table. And the crown jewel of them all, the opulent Cotton Mansion, an Italian Renaissance style mansion, this is the perfect location for you to be surrounded by your loved ones as you say “I do”.
