AMAZING!!!!!
From start to finish, Canopy Grove made my wedding planning experience as smooth and stress-free as possible, especially considering the emotional and personal challenges I faced while preparing for the big day. Bre, Marissa, and Katey were absolute lifesavers. They helped me organize every detail and made sure everything was in place for the wedding, which was incredibly reassuring during a time that felt overwhelming. Their support was invaluable and made all the difference. On the day of the wedding, everything was seamless. My banquet captain, Christina, was amazing. She was incredibly attentive and made sure both my husband and I had full drinks the entire night – a small detail that truly enhanced the celebration. Our day-of coordinator, Bre, was just as wonderful. She was organized, calm, and kept everything on track so that we could enjoy our day without any stress. The photo booth experience was a hit with all our guests, and I have to give a special shout-out to Adolfo, the photo booth attendant. He was so friendly and fun, and we've received nothing but praise from everyone about how great he was. Austin, our bartender, was another standout. The feedback I’ve gotten from our guests is overwhelmingly positive about both the drinks and the service. Everyone was impressed by his professionalism and the tasty cocktails he served. The food was absolutely delicious, and I have to say that the soft pretzel bar was a major highlight. It was the perfect touch and everyone loved it. I’m so grateful to the entire Canopy Grove team for making our wedding a night we will never forget. From the planning stages to the last dance, they made sure everything went off without a hitch. Our families were so impressed, and it was the perfect celebration for us. Thank you to Bre, Marissa, Katey, Christina, Bre, Adolfo, and Austin for your outstanding service and for making our wedding day everything we dreamed of!
A Perfect Wedding
The whole Wedgewood team at Canopy Grove is wonderful!! The entire wedding planning process was super seamless - it was really easy to get in contact with the included vendors and to work with the Wedgewood team during our planning meetings. Every person we worked with throughout the planning process was super friendly and helpful, and they were very quick to respond to any questions that came up along the way. Katey was our day-of coordinator and she was AMAZING. She helped make the day run so smoothly and took such great care of us 3 The way the entire Canopy Grove venue is managed during events is great - our family and friends had such an amazing time and kept raving about how tasty the food was, how beautiful the space was, and how friendly every team member was they encountered. Thank you to Canopy Grove - our wedding was more than perfect!
Don’t hesitate on an all inclusive venue!
We loved having our wedding at Canopy Grove by Wedgewood Weddings. The venue was beautiful, open, spacious, and modern - exactly what we envisioned for our special day. Taylor, our venue coordinator, was a dream to work with. Her communication was consistently helpful, responsive, and kind. She truly went above and beyond to understand our vision and make sure every detail was perfect. Taylor worked extensively with us leading up to the wedding, answering every question and accommodating all our requests, no matter how small. On the big day itself, she made sure everything ran smoothly so my husband and I could simply relax and enjoy our time with loved ones. The whole team worked seamlessly together to bring our wedding dreams to life. We're so grateful to Taylor and Canopy Grove for their hard work and for giving us the beautiful, meaningful wedding we always imagined.
Best Wedding!
Everyone is still talking about how amazing our wedding was. As the couple, we were always put first and asked throughout the day if we needed anything, which is super nice when you are busy with your guests. Our coordinator was Bre and she was so sweet and made sure that everyone (bridal party) knew what they were doing. Our DJ Kyon, was also so sweet and amazing about checking in with us on timing throughout the reception, and getting everyone on the dance floor. We really felt like we were put first. I can not recommend this place enough!! It is a beautiful venue. Everything is in one area so there are no long walks, or driving for guests. My grandfather was in a wheelchair and had an easy time getting around. I loved that I was able to text the venue at anytime so if I felt like something was amiss, it was easily handled and I would get the answers I needed, as well as the venue taking notes on requests I made.
