Your Happily Ever After Begins at Bucks Run Bucks Run Golf Club is an award-winning, 18 hole golf course, centrally located in Mt. Pleasant, MI. The Bucks Run Clubhouse and Banquet Facility overlook beautiful Lake Fisher and several lush wooded areas, providing the perfect backdrop for your special day. The Bucks Run Banquet Facility can accommodate up to 300 guests, and also features an outdoor wedding venue, with a rustic wooden pergola, and a private outdoor patio space for guests to mingle comfortably during cocktail hour and your reception. Couples will receive assistance from a Personal Wedding Coordinator, who will aid in selecting and customizing one of many wedding packages, along with coordinating set-up and clean-up. As an added convenience, we also boast a private, onsite Bridal Suite to get ready and relax before your special day begins. You will also be able to work with a personal Event Coordinator, who will help you fully-customize the event to your liking.

The Bridal Suite at Bucks Run Golf Club is the ideal location for smaller, more private events and gatherings, such as business meetings, bridal/baby showers, small family parties, and retirement celebrations. The room also provides the perfect setting for bridal parties to relax and get ready before their ceremony or reception. The room features a private setting, multiple room set-up options, bar area, a private restroom, projector, sound system, and more.

Outdoor Veranda

The Outdoor Veranda at Bucks Run Golf Club is our largest outdoor event space. The area features a large dining and gathering area, dining and bar options from the Quarry Grill Menu, panoramic views of Lake Fisher, and more. Reservations are available weather-permitting, and can be made for a small group or the entire outdoor space.

    The facility itself is lovely, food was great and waitstaff were very helpful. We had multiple issues with their coordinator throughout the process, including on wedding day. She interrupted the couple multiple times during the reception to ask questions that could have been very easily handled by other immediate family or wedding party. Air conditioning was also mysteriously turned off prior to our event, which was held on a 80 degree day, with sun shining through the windows. We'd love to give a higher rating, but feel clouded based on frustrations that never got resolved, or issues that the coordinator never took accountability for.

    Bucks Run is a beautiful wedding venue! If we had to get married again, we would choose this venue without any hesitation. My husband is an avid golfer and I love the water, and this met both of our wants. The lake in the background of the ceremony is so pretty, and this lake can also be seen in the reception space. And it's a golf course so my husband was happy about that. Ha! When we were initially looking for a venue, we reached out to a few other local golf courses, but Amy was prompt in her response and I could tell from our first few initial emails that Bucks Run was going to be the place for us. The food is AMAZING (I only wish we could take leftovers). The staff was AMAZING and super kind to all of our guests. And Amy was AMAZING. She was always quick to respond, even when I wasn't expecting a quick reply. Her answers were always clear, and she made sure that we had everything we wanted for our big day. I cannot recommend this venue enough. You won't regret it!
