Our All Inclusive Natalia Package boasts excellent vendors with 10 hours of full access to the estate and acreage. Set up, tear down and clean up are all included! *Tables, chairs, pressed floor length linens *8 hours of Day of Coordination with pre-meeting and timeline creation. *3-6 hours of photography, depending on vendor chosen from list. *Tired Wedding cake, tasting and Grooms cake option *5 hours of DJ consecutive performance time *Choice of in house centerpieces

Description

When booking a half day or full day venue rental, our Monday-Thursday overnights are discounted to $850. Friday-Sunday overnight stays are $1,000 per night. When booking a “sprinkle” package (Charlotte or Lexa) overnight stays Monday-Thursday are $1,000 per night. Weekend stays. Friday-Sunday are $1,200 per night for up to 16 guests.

    Wedding

    Loved the venue it was so beautiful!! Lots of rooms to sleep in had my bridesmaids stay the night before with me. The balcony was definitely my favorite part! Would definitely recommend for any event you have!

    A perfect venue and perfect day

    From the first interaction with the owners of Adriana Estates it was honestly such a lovely experience. They were responsive, quick, and flexible. Then I cannot tell you enough how much I loved working with them through the booking process, my endless questions and changes, and just how great of people they are in general. Okay now let’s get to the venue!! It’s gorgeous, so easy to decorate and make your own. So many options for ceremony and receptions site. Everyone was complimenting on how beautiful it was and there are so many hidden gems throughout the castle it was a beautiful place to say I do, and lovely for my guests. A huge perk we’re all the different rooms and areas, we got to enjoy every bit of the castle as guests left we moved from area to area to keep the night vibes going as people went to sleep. I had the best experience here from the very beginning and I highly recommend reaching out. Also highly recommend getting an overnight stay, it just made the entire wedding night stress free and fun knowing we can take our time cleaning up and clearing out. I have honestly no complaints or feedback, it was just perfect and had everything I wanted and needed for the day.

    Love. Love. Love

    We had an absolutely amazing experience! The venue is truly beautiful everything was well-maintained and it created the perfect atmosphere for our event. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how stunning everything was, and the children were absolutely obsessed with the castle—it really made the experience feel magical for everyone. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent. Beatrice was responsive, helpful, and made everything feel easy and stress-free. She was always available to answer questions and made sure every detail was covered. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stunning venue with exceptional service!

    dream come true

    The exceptional quality of this establishment and its people, especially Beatriz, is truly magical. The vendors she recommends are comprised of wonderful professionals who are not only highly responsive but also committed to making your day truly unforgettable. We chose the all-inclusive package, staying for two nights, and wouldn't change a single detail. Nikki, our coordinator, was outstanding, and Alexxander, the photographer, went above and beyond to capture the essence of our wedding day. We felt like royalty, and our wedding turned out to be a dream come true.

    A Castle Made of Ever Afters

    Walking into this venue is like walking into a fairy tale. The large windows let so much natural light in and it sets the tone for the dreamiest ambiance. My husband and I fell in love with every inch of it. Beatriz and her staff and easily accessible when you have questions and will help you make your vision come to life. Yes, we just require a TABC certified bartender to hand out drinks. Security is required with more than 4 bottles of champagne served.
We don’t charge extra for peak season, all pricing is the same year round and is determined by length of rental time and total guest count. :) (Smaller guest counts receive discounts on rental.)
We don’t have a difference in pricing based on seasons.
Yes, self-parking is absolutely free and can accommodate large guests counts.
Yes, our main entrance and Grand Hall are wheelchair accessible with even a mobile ramp option. Please let us know if you’d like us to put these out for your event. The main floor half bathroom should be used with a manual, not motorized wheelchair to fit through the door.
Set up of tables, chairs and tear down are included in our Sprinkler Packages. All half day or full day rentals also include clean up and table linens.
Sprinkle packages are 2.5-3.5 hours. Our most popular packages are 5-10 hours of rental time. We are able to customize packages to fit needs and budget. Overnight stays are another great way to add in 12-20 hours of additional time for up to 16 guests, for a very affordable price.
Cancellations more than 365 days prior to the event date will be subject to the cost of the deposit. Deposit is $500 non-refundable to venue, and $500, non-refundable deposit per vendor booked through the venue if all inclusive, or otherwise individually booked through Adriana Estates. If Lessee cancels between 364 days and 180 days prior to the Event Date, Lessee will be charged 50% of the Rental Cost and any expenses incurred. For cancellations 179 days prior to Event Date, Lessee will be charged 100% of the Rental Costs and any expenses incurred.
Our building is located just a few miles off of FM 1903 from Interstate 30 Eastbound. DFW is the nearest airport, about an hour from the venue.
Events are required to purchase event insurance. The cost of this, which covers the rehearsal, wedding day and liquor liability is $125 total with one of our preferred vendors.
