Adams Ave is perfect for a ceremony + reception with 175 guests or less, with a max seated capacity of 200. With 6,100 square feet of open space, the theater is available for any creative ideas that come to mind! The famous marquee that still adorns the building’s façade is a nod to the historic bones – providing a sense of nostalgia when staring up at the lights…or down at the original terrazzo, the perfect historic touch for any occasion! *Saturday venue rentals include a two night stay at the adorable Airbnb above the theater. This 3 bedroom unit is perfect for the bride & bridal party!
