I'm dedicated, passionate, and always go above and beyond. I specialize in North Georgia Destination weddings and elopements. My skill set allows me to pay close attention to every last detail. I was recently deemed “Best for Wedding Planning & Coordination Services” in North Georgia, and I am continually educating myself on the latest industry trends and tech for my couples.

I am a true “Logistical Mastermind”. I thrive on analyzing potential risks, creating contingency plans, and identifying backup options for various aspects, including venue changes, weather contingencies, and technical difficulties. My meticulous attention to detail is reflected in my refined organization skills, love for structured timelines, and knack for practical SOPs. With my analytical mind, I effortlessly piece together the puzzle of a wedding day, from establishing timelines to ensuring a seamless flow of events.     Andrea and her team are the ABSOLUTE BEST. Even though we were planning a somewhat smaller and more informal affair, Andrea was a godsend. Leading up to the day Andrea's kind, patient, and detail-oriented communication was amazing. Importantly, she held space for us to be who we are and not pressure us to go in any direction throughout our planing- I cannot overstate how lovely that is. Honestly one of my favorite photos from the wedding was of Andrea leaning into our bird theme by wearing a feather headband! I did not have to make a single decision or give any direction on our wedding day. I'm telling you- GODSEND. We had no idea if anything went wrong- you can't ask for anything more than that (and we had a caterer, band, DJ and bar set up in a somewhat challenging venue! We found out later that they had to completely pivot where the food was being cooked and set up). At one point Andrea had to kindly redirect the band when they started playing the wrong genre music that we had requested- woof. We were able to simply relax and enjoy the day with our loved ones. We also used her bar services and recommended DJ (who was so patient with our very specific requests) and everything was just perfect- everyone was so friendly, kind, and professional. Andrea also checked in on us throughout the evening and made sure we were fed and had drinks! Even if you think project management and/or event planning are your strong suits, I'm telling you- HIRE ANDREA AND UNIQUE EVENTS. You don't need to be a hero on your wedding day.

    Unique Events was nothing short of a Godsend for our April wedding! First…late in the planning stages it was evident that our first intended wedding venue would not be completed due to construction delays attributable to the pandemic. Andrea quickly reached out to her connections and found us a location, oh so beautiful, and available for our wedding weekend!! Everything seemed to be going ok until a vendor I was counting on (not in Unique’s preferred network) fell through the day before the wedding!! I was so upset!! What did Andrea do? First…she calmed me down and dried my tears. Secondly, she promised everything would be completed even if she had to work until midnight to get things set up. She went right to task contacting her awesome network of vendors. Behind the scenes, wheels were in motion while Andrea calmly went through the wedding rehearsal with us and got our rehearsal dinner set up. Unique Events rose to the occasion and provided the backdrop to what many of our guests have said was the best and sweetest wedding they had ever attended. I can’t thank Andrea and her team at Unique Events enough for all they did for us. Choose them to plan your event…they will not disappoint you!!
