I’m a born and raised Arizona Native, lover of antiques and overly obsessed dog mom. My husband and I got married in November 2020, we’ve actually known each other since we were kids (cute, right?)! He’s my best friend, ultimate hype man and the muscle that keeps Sage + Stone going. So needless to say he’s pretty great. After 8+ years in the events industry, I’ve finally found my passion – creating one of a kind, unique to you wedding experiences for the wildly in love. So with the love and support from friends and family, I officially launched Sage + Stone Weddings on March 1st, 2021 and haven’t looked back since!

My approach to weddings is simple, I want to create a day that is 100% YOU. I believe wedding traditions are just suggestions and I’m down to toss them out the window if you are. I’m ready to start the greatest adventure whenever you are! xoxo, Codi

Description	I get it, wedding planning isn’t for everyone! Whether you’re feeling a little overwhelmed or planning just isn’t your thing, hand the reins over to us so you can sit back and enjoy your engagement. From sourcing vendors to custom designs, we handle all the heavy lifting so you don’t have to.	You don’t need to do all the work on your own, let’s grab some coffee (or margs!) and get this party started! I’ll provide you with the tools and knowledge to plan one hell of a wedding that’s a perfect reflection of your one of a kind love story.	custom packages available upon request	Your day of coordination but with a month of unconditional support. From the first time I spoke to Codi, I knew we were in amazing hands with her as our wedding planner! She made our entire experience feel relaxed and enjoyable - seriously I would have been lost without her! The planning process was so seamless and Codi thought of everything that I never would have even began to think about to make our day go so smoothly. Our wedding day was unseasonably hot at 105 degrees, but Codi and her team didn’t miss a beat! I thought I would be stressed about not being able to see our ceremony or reception space set up ahead of time, but by the day of the wedding I was so calm and had complete trust in Codi & her team to bring the vision to life. My jaw literally dropped when we walked into our reception for the first time - it was better than I could have even imagined. I kept saying to my husband, “I can’t believe this is OUR wedding”, it was seriously better than we could have even imagined. Not to mention that she brought the vibes dancing through our whole reception. At the end of the night, all of our stuff was perfectly packed up for us so we didn’t need to think about it. I can’t imagine our wedding without Codi, so do yourself a favor and hire her in any capacity that you are able to because she is 1000% worth it!

I cannot recommend Sage Stone more highly, you will be in such good hands with Codi and her team! We got married last weekend and I have been bragging about Codi to everyone nonstop!! Despite being my month of coordinator, Codi made time to meet with me while I was in Arizona 3 months before my wedding (since I was an out of state bride) to ensure that we could do our venue walk through together in person. Truly, going above and beyond what I expected! From the beginning she let me know she was there for me, even before coordination started. And when the month of coordination officially started, Codi took over all vendor contacts and created a detailed timeline for our wedding party of 18 family, which was realistic and made sure to cover all of the things I wanted to include in the big day. When I was unsure about when to change into my reception dress, Codi talked me through the different timelines and reaffirmed that the dress change would fit flawlessly into our day, which it did. Codi always made me feel assured that everything was taken care of and I kept telling her how I was not stressed during the planning process because I knew she had it! Outside of being the sweetest and most fun coordinator out there, Codi is detail oriented and quick to adjust when plans change. Our transportation was 45 minutes late but Codi was still able to get us back on schedule! It was wonderful to be able to trust in this team to get things back on track so I could just take in the day. I let Codi and Kristen, her assistant, have free reign on where most things went and I was so happy with their set up of our decor. Our reception space was exactly what I had envisioned. Also, Codi is a BLAST on the dance floor! When our cake got left at the venue, Codi personally delivered it to our airbnb the next morning so we can enjoy it while thinking back on the whirlwind day we just had. Hiring Codi and her team was the best decision I made and it allowed me to be fully present on my wedding day, which is exactly what my husband (!!!) and I had hoped. So a huge thank you Codi and Kristen for all your hard work to make our wedding day so special! I promise you will be so glad you picked Sage Stone as your wedding planning team!

Codi is absolutely amazing bringing the vision you have for your wedding to life. If you’re not sure on certain things she helps you figure out what it is you truly want! She is the most amazing advocate for bride and groom you don’t have to worry about anything with Codi there, you know everything is going to run smoothly and will be prepared for anything thrown at her! We absolutely loved Codi she is amazing!

Codi and her team (Brandy & Bailey) were just what I needed for my wedding day!! They were so attentive throughout the whole process and considered every single detail. I can’t imagine not having them for the month of coordination. Codi communicated diligently with all of my vendors and made sure everything was just how I wanted it! I can’t thank Codi & her team enough for making my wedding beautiful and stress-free. They’re the best!!!!
