I am a wedding officiant and a day of coordinator. I started out 10 years ago as a wedding officiant using my skills as a project and event manager. I added coordination as a service after seeing brides and their family/friends running around not enjoying their day but managing it. Having worked with weddings big and small, my team and I are there to make sure all the details are taken care of. I help you with some of the last minute planning as well as make sure your vendors are all on the same page.

I am calm in the chaos. I bring my knowledge and planning skills to you so you don't have to worry. I am also an officiant so I can take that piece on as well. I have over 10 years experience with weddings alone as well as years of work in project management.

Description

This includes a venue walk through, help picking vendors, task lists, a online folder to keep all your important documents. Ability to add items!

Consider me your project manager for the day. We would have 2 meetings prior to the wedding day to plan and coordinate all those last minute details. I will contact your vendors to make sure we are all on the same page, help with the timeline and more. On the day of I am there with my team to do basic decorating and make sure all the vendors have what they need. Then we are there through the day to make sure it all runs smoothly.

    We used PS I Love You Ceremonies for ur elopement wedding and loved it. We had a small ceremony and Pam helped plan every last detail with me and helped with what we need to do after the wedding. Emails were answered fast and efficiently!

    We hired Pam as our officiant, but then later realized we needed her coordinating services as well. Pam, her husband, and assistant were the dream team to work with! I lost my mom just before the wedding, and Pam completely stepped into her planning and organizational role. She kept the wedding train moving. And in the end, all I had to do was show up to my own wedding because I knew Pam and her team were handling everything behind the scenes.
