Ivory + Opal is a boutique wedding planner based out of Scottsdale — creating a space that is the perfect combination of creativity and elegance. A WEDDING PLANNING EXPERIENCE THAT IS LUXURY AND UNIQUE - ONE WHERE YOUR STORY IS CHERISHED AND CELEBRATED.

As a Gen Z and devout trend watcher, I love to get down and creative. If you can dream it, I want to make it come to life! We get our name from the creative, fun, modern, and out of the box ideas that our clients come up. What truly makes them, them - which is the Opal. But that's not to say that we don't also love the traditional elegance that comes with love stories + weddings, because we do! - which is Ivory.

This package begins as soon as you book with us + includes unlimited meetings and communication with your planner! It includes: Custom timeline for rehearsal + wedding day Day of styling for decor + aesthetics Manages vendor contracts + communication Venue Walkthrough + Floor Plan Design Custom design deck + mood board Fully hands on with design ideation + creation Brunch/lunch delivery on day of Vendor sourcing 12 hour coverage on wedding day

We will meet with you 6-8 months prior to your wedding date with a meeting once a month to insure everything is perfect before the big day! It includes: Custom timeline for rehearsal + wedding day Day of styling for decor + aesthetics Manages vendor contracts + communication Venue walkthrough + floor plan design Custom design deck + mood board Assistance with design ideation + creation 10 hour coverage on wedding day

The coordination package begins 60 days out from your wedding day. Within that timeframe, you will meet with us 2 times prior to the big day to cover all things from timeline, to ceremony, to decor + cleanup. It also includes: Custom timeline for rehearsal + wedding day Day of styling for decor + aesthetics Manages vendor contracts + communication 8 hour coverage on wedding day
