What’s the difference between full planning and coordination?

Full Planning: This package is perfect if you want a dedicated planner to guide you from start to finish. It includes unlimited meetings and communication, comprehensive venue walkthroughs, custom floor plans, tailored design decks, and hands-on vendor sourcing. We’ll help you design every detail of your dream wedding and ensure a seamless experience. 60 Day Out Coordination: If you’ve already planned your wedding but need help in the final stretch, this package steps in 60 days before your wedding day. We’ll finalize timelines, coordinate decor and vendors, and manage on-site styling so you can relax and enjoy your celebration.

When should I book my wedding planner?

Accepted Answer

For full planning (The Everything Edit), you can book at any time, but we typically work with clients anywhere from the moment they get engaged to 6-8 months prior to the wedding. The more time we have, the better! For coordination (Just the Details), you can also book at any time, but we don’t begin diving into the details until 60 days before your wedding. Early booking is always encouraged to ensure we’re available to bring your vision to life!
