    Best Wedding Planner!

    Dream Catcher Weddings was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding day. From the moment we first reached out, their communication was prompt, clear, and incredibly helpful. Maréa and her team were energetic and passionate about bringing our vision to life. The quality of their work was truly exceptional - they are clearly seasoned professionals who understand all of the tiny details that are needed for an event to go off flawlessly. We hired them for our company's 5th year anniversary party and they made sure to take care of every detail so that we could simply enjoy our night. We always have our clients' backs in every way possible. We believe in authentic and intentional weddings. One of our greatest thrills is inventing wildly creative ways to honor each unique love story in a way that makes our couples feel seen and celebrated. On top of that, we are constantly innovating new ways of making earth-friendly weddings easier for everyone!
We provide an initial one hour consultation for prospective clients at no cost! We invite you to bring any question you have, whether about our company and services, or just about wedding planning in general. We will do our best to offer helpful advice and point you in the right direction, whether we end up being the right fit for you or not!
Both! We are based out of Colorado Springs and love having planning meetings at local cafes with our hometown couples. We have also worked with dozens of out-of-state couples and planned their entire wedding virtually, never meeting them in person until their rehearsal! We are totally comfortable with both and the price does not change either way.
Yes! We are based in Colorado Springs but happy to travel worldwide! We have coordinated weddings in Monument, Castle Rock, Denver, Idaho Springs, Morrison, Estes Park, Boulder, Lyons, Steamboat, Buena Vista, Fountain, Pueblo, Woodland Park, Florissant, and Laramie, Wyoming.
