    Tracy Fink was the worst vendor choice for my wedding. I paid her 5,000 for full-service planning, yet I ended up planning everything myself—on top of the stress of fixing her failures. Her complete lack of initiative and attention to detail made my experience a nightmare. Even while away on military duty, I had to step in to resolve issues she neglected. Below are some of her major failures: - Took zero initiative, never reached out, and failed to keep us informed. My husband and I had to constantly ask for updates. - Failed to manage her planning website, keep contracts and payment due dates updated, or inform us when vendor payments were due—leading to last-minute calls from vendors, including on the wedding day. - Neglected to verify invitation details, listing the wrong hotel and causing mass confusion for guests. - Ignored vendor responsiveness issues, dismissing my concerns when I asked if we should find replacements. My husband had to handle vendor communication himself. - Made us take four unnecessary trips to NC because she failed to coordinate appointments efficiently. - Waited until the final walkthrough to inform us we needed a liquor license, nearly preventing alcohol service at our wedding. - Created problems for other vendors, failing to send schedules and being unprofessional when confronted. - Did not post a shuttle schedule, leading to constant guest confusion. - Failed to communicate with the venue and baker about our cakes, resulting in most of them being wasted. - Was completely unavailable on the wedding day, forcing my husband to handle catering logistics. - Had no contingency plan when the venue wasn’t open at our paid time. I had to move hair and makeup into my hotel while she stood by uselessly. Tracy Fink is an awful planner. The stress and work I endured after hiring her were unacceptable. She failed us at every step, and I wish we had fired her sooner. If you want a reliable full-service planner, she is absolutely NOT the one to hire.

    Blush & Grace Events is an absolute pleasure to work with. Her communication has always been amazing as she plans her weddings, she keeps the vendors informed. The quality of her work is always truly exceptional - she provides beautiful, thorough, and incredibly helpful coordination that allows her couples to fully enjoy their special day. Tracy, the lead planner, is amazing and thinks of everything for her couples. She handles everything with grace, efficiency, and kindness, ensuring that the couple can relax and truly enjoy their wedding. As a vendor, Tracy is one of my favorite planners to work with!

    From the moment Blush & Grace Events came on board, they were SUPER helpful. They always provided the best advice and ideas. They were on the absolute top of everything! My wedding day could not have gone smoother...all thanks to Tracy and her team.
