Allie help coordinated all my day-of wedding tasks and officiated my wedding. She was organized, proactive, and extremely personable. She brought an extra air of calmness and happiness to the day which I’m forever grateful for. I truly can’t recommend her enough and I feel so confident saying you won’t regret working with her. A day-of coordinator focuses solely on managing the rehersal and wedding day itself, overseeing timelines, vendors, and logistics so you can relax and enjoy your big day. Unlike a full wedding planner, I step in closer to the wedding date and focus on executing all the plans you've made.

I typically being working with brides (& grooms) any where from 12 weeks before the wedding day to as close as 4 weeks before the wedding day. This includes a thorough review of your timeline, vendor details, and vision for the day, plus a final walkthrough at the venue if needed.

On your wedding day, I oversee setup and decor, confirm vendor arrivals, coordinate the ceremony, assist with the timeline, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. My role is to keep everything running smoothly so you can fully enjoy the day.

Yes, I attend the rehearsal (typically held the day before) to help guide your wedding party through the ceremony steps, ensuring everyone knows their roles and the order of events.

I act as the main point of contact for all vendors on the day of the wedding. I’ll handle vendor questions, confirm their arrival and setup, and ensure everything aligns with your vision, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

I’m available at any time to answer questions leading up to the wedding and will coordinate multiple check-ins as we get closer to finalize details and timelines. You’ll feel fully prepared and supported for your big day! My biggest priority is that you feel comfortable and at ease on your wedding day, so if that means we are on the phone everyday leading up to it, I will be there for you!
