I came to be a wedding photographer the long way around. My dad was an avid photographer and my fondest childhood memories are about taking long walks together. My dad, the camera in one hand and the dog leashes in the other teaching his daughter about life with dogs and being creative. Still, to this day, my happiest moments are walking in the forest with my dogs, a camera in one hand and dog leashes in the other.

When my dad retired from photography, I inherited his old Canon film cameras, lenses, and equipment. It was like a long-lost friend showed up at my doorstep; I was taken back to those forests of my youth, walking with my dad and taking pictures.
