Amazing Experience with Willow Photo Co
Where do I even begin? From the very first meeting, Willow Photo Co. made us feel so comfortable and excited about capturing our special day. Their passion for their work truly shines through in every photo and video they produce. On the day of the wedding, they were punctual, professional, and, most importantly, incredibly kind. They managed to capture every precious moment without us even noticing they were there – like magic! Their creativity and attention to detail are unmatched. The way they captured the emotions, the joy, and the tiny little moments we might have missed is just incredible. The end results were beyond our wildest dreams. We hired Willow Co for our August 2024 wedding and let me tell you - their team was absolutely amazing! We had 4 people total to photograph and video our wedding which gave us ample coverage! I could not be happier with our photos and video! Ryan and Jen are absolute pro’s and were so impressive with their communication with my husband and I both before the wedding day and after to update us on edits and timelines! Their communication style was quick, easy, and painless - they were always responsive to our questions and made sure we had a solid plan in place for our wedding day. They were passionate, dedicated, and paid incredible attention to detail when capturing all of the special moments we had planned for. They were great to work with, and we loved having a video chat with them a week before the wedding to go over the timeline and make sure everything was set. When our hair and makeup ran a little behind, they were flexible with their original itinerary, ensuring the process remained painless. We are so excited to see what they create for us. Ryan was a top recommended vendor by our venue and within 5 minutes of our consultation call I knew he was our photographer. He was fun, energetic, easy to communicate with and was an overall vibe! We had a mini destination wedding, so we were coming into our location almost blindly. First, for our engagement shoot (or lovebird session) Ryan and his wife Jenn drove 4 hours to photograph us in our home city and a VERY reasonable and fair price. This day was so fun to meet part of the team and confirm our photographer choice. Then, through the planning process, Ryan was able to seamlessly guide us through picking the perfect shot locations along with building our entire wedding day timeline that worked for all our vendors. Finally the day of went perfectly - and much of that was due to Ryan's team quite literally directing the show. From the minute the team walked into our getting ready suite (on time to the minute), they got right to work. They made everyone laugh, feel comfortable and have fun with taking photos for hours. Ryan's team was so talented, genuine, professional and fun. We had a BIG wedding party with lots of involved family members and the team didn't skip a beat. To top it all off our video and album came earlier than expected and was more than we could even imagine. We have hundreds of photos that will last a life time and are stunning and a highlight reel that perfectly captures us. Thank you Willow for being Simply the best. We can't wait to work with you again to photograph our family!
