My name is Markie and I'm a wedding and portrait photographer based out of Denver, Colorado, but no destination is too far especially if it's to bring two people together! I want to not only be your photographer but also be your friend! I'm here to help you pick out an outfit for your engagement session, give you the pros and cons of having a first look, and even be here for you when you pull out that gallon ice cream from your freezer and pour yourself a glass of wine because wedding planning is stressful! I know exactly how it feels because that was me last week while planning my wedding!

I am here for you and here to take those stressful parts of the wedding planning away! From sending you style guides, and a wedding day questionnaire to creating your wedding day timeline, I want to make sure your wedding day is perfect! I am so happy that our paths have crossed and I can't wait to see where our journey will go!

    Markie was the gem of our wedding day. When she arrived at my get-ready space, it felt like the arrival of an old friend. We got married in 2020 and our reception venue was canceled a week before our day. We ended up having our reception in our back garage! Markie pivoted perfectly and helped make our day feel so easy. I'm so comfortable with her, we have so much fun, and she genuinely enjoys her clients. We've done several family photo sessions with her now and she absolutely delights in our daughters. They love her and it makes photos with toddlers so easy! At this point, we consider her a friend. She knows the most beautiful corners of Denver and perfectly captures the spirit of your day. She can even pull real smiles out of my camera-hating husband! We will ALWAYS choose Markie, no matter what the occasion!
