If you would have known me growing up, you would have been surprised if I didn’t become a photographer! I fell in love with photography after spending countless hours in the darkroom. Since 2008, I have been working professionally in the photography industry and have shot over 300 weddings and numerous other assignments in almost every genre of photography. Why Weddings? I love problem solving and puzzles, and I’m always up for a good challenge. For me, a wedding is a day full of all of the things that I love. Its basically a whole day of coming up with solutions to make the best photographs for my couples.

What sets me apart from other photographers? You may not realize it, but there are several different kinds of photography that happen during a wedding - details, portraits, candid moments, night photography, etc. A lot of photographers are really good at one part of the day and struggle through other parts (especially after it gets dark). I've been told that I'm consistent throughout the day, especially with lighting. When selecting a photographer make sure to request to see a recent full gallery before booking!

    My husband and I worked with Lisa for our engagement photos and our wedding, and we were blown away by her services. She is incredibly professional and prepared. She helped us decide on a location for our engagement photos and arrived early to scout it out. Before our wedding, she met with us (virtually) to go over the schedule of the day and our shot list. At the same time, she is also quick to adapt in the moment. She was able to respond to the lighting conditions during our photo shoots to take gorgeous pictures, and she caught many wonderful moments with our guests during our wedding. She is also very creative and took pictures from unique angles and perspectives. Best of all, both times Lisa delivered her photos promptly. Our married friends were astounded by how quickly we got our photos back! We love looking back on pictures from our wedding day, and they captured the day so thoroughly that we feel like we can relive it. We cannot recommend Lisa more highly.

    Lisa and her team were exceptional! We resisted hiring a professional photographer for our wedding for the longest time as we were not convinced that the quality was worth the investment. Boy were we wrong! We could not have been happier with the results and no photos from our family iPhones would have captured the moment like Lisa and Amy. I was drawn to Lisa's storytelling style and how her photos seem to capture the moment. The photos were presented beautifully on our personal gallery and we couldn't have been more proud to share them with our family and friends. We were thrilled that there were so many great photos of our family and friends that they could keep for themselves. You won't go wrong with Lisa and her team and will have photos that you will look back on for many years

    Lisa did an incredible job of photographing our wedding and we couldn't recommend her more highly. She was super professional and responsive in the lead-up to the wedding, and on wedding day, she was organized, calm, and efficient, which we really appreciated given how much was going on that day. She brings a ton of experience and a real eye for detail and lighting, which we thought really showed in her photos -- they were beautiful!!! Our wedding day was a whirlwind, and while we loved it, it went by just as quickly as everyone said it would. When we got our photos from Lisa (which she delivered faster than expected), it gave us the chance to relive the day, plus see so many other small moments going on between people at the wedding we hadn’t been able to see. Choosing to work with her was one of the best decisions we made -- we will cherish the photos for the rest of our lives! Also, we decided relatively last-minute to schedule an engagement photo shoot with Lisa at SF City Hall, and she was kind enough to accommodate us on pretty short notice. Her experience showed here too -- she knew the best spots to seek out in the building, and the photos are beautiful and personal even though City Hall can get so busy with people. Both my wife and I are not the most comfortable being photographed, but she was patient in walking us through how to stand and showed us our photos to help us understand why she was giving us the instructions she was. She was so dedicated to getting the best possible shots, and that really came through in the photos. As mentioned above, we can't recommend her more highly!

    Lisa was the perfect photographer for our wedding! She was patient, meticulous, friendly and professional, and above all, she took amazing photos! While we were preparing for the wedding, she communicated proactively and clearly, and was the perfect mix of flexible and organized. During the wedding, she came early to scout out the venue and find the perfect spots for portraits and group photos, as well as taking breathtaking photos of the venue, and continued to be totally on top of everything throughout the event. We knew as soon as we looked at her gallery that Lisa was the perfect choice for our tastes, and the photos she took for us matched the aesthetics and skill in her gallery completely! We've both been addicted to looking at them ever since. Book Lisa for your wedding - you won't regret it!
