Working with Kenzie was nothing but a fantastic experience. From our initial call we knew she was the one we wanted to work with. Her demeanor is welcoming, relaxed, understanding and she really listened to what we wanted from the day and never forced anything. It was really important to us that we could have the in-between moments captured in an authentic way and Kenzie delivered. She is so talented and gave us the most beautiful shots of our day, and helped give us a glimpse into the moments we missed. Kenzie Gates Photo was an absolute joy to work with for our wedding photography. This situation has NEVER occurred in the 6 years I've been doing this, but with that said - I have a plan in place for any emergency. If something happens to me before the wedding, a trained associate will step in my place. If something should happen to me after the wedding, a trusted associate will access my Photo Will and follow the editing instructions to ensure you will receive all of your wedding photos.

Yes. Yes, and YES. Honestly, I urge you to do this with any photographer you inquire with.

I guarantee 100 photos per hour of coverage. However, there is NO limit on the number of photos you will receive. I photograph anywhere from 7,000 to 17,000 raw files for any wedding client. All of the photos go through an intentional look-through process to weed out the ones that are simply not in focus or just bad, and then the editing process ensures the final gallery unfolds as naturally as it did on your wedding day.

No fees will be a surprise! If a travel fee needs to be applied, I'll be upfront and tell you about it when we chat about your wedding. As for overtime, it's written into the contract. If you want to add on an extra hour of coverage the day of your wedding because your dance floor is bopping or simply because, I'm so down! It's just an additional hourly rate!

Okay, this is where my anxiety kicks in, and I care almost TOO much about backup systems. After your wedding, all of the photos will go through my triple backup system. Between using a camera that has a backup system built in with two memory cards storing the same images, putting the images on multiple hard drives, and then digitally on the cloud. Your raw photos will be saved for 6 months, and you'll have access to your gallery for 2 years.

Yes, of course I do! I am fully insured, meaning that I have coverage to protect not only myself but also my clients in the event of accidents, damages, or liabilities related to photography services. If your venue requires a copy of this (which they should!), I'll happily email that over to them!
