I am a spunky, small town, California girl who grew up on the West Coast in the beautiful sunshine. In my pursuit of higher education, I was whisked away to a Scandinavian university in the busy city of Chicago, IL. It was there, amongst the many plays of Henrik Ibsen, and late nights of painting and drawing, that I found my first Nikon camera.

I am so proud of my Scandinavian heritage. It is so rich in color, history, and taste. all of these elements inspire the images I capture. I love photography because it takes me places I want to go, captures emotions and moments never to be forgotten, and allows me to be both personal and personable with the beautiful people I meet. It brings me joy to share my work with you!

    We have had the honor to work with Lena twice now. First, she helped us surprise our two friends who were eloping in Santa Barbara. We contacted her pretty last minute and she was more than happy to help us out. She captured our friends' elopement so beautifully and truly went above and beyond to capture pictures at two locations for us. Her friendliness and professionalism made our friends feel so comfortable taking photos with her - which is very important when surprising someone with a photographer! Second, she helped capture our micro wedding after we decided to postpone our big wedding to 2022. All we can say is WOW. She photographed every single moment of our day so perfectly. She worked magic with capturing the personalities of both us and our guests. She captured moments during our wedding in ways we didn't even see with our own eyes that day. And the whole time she did it with the best and most cheerful attitude of any vendor we have ever worked with. Lena makes you feel like she is your friend and partner the instant you meet her and throughout the entire process. We can't recommend Lena enough as a photographer! We can't wait to work with her again for future life events!

    Lena took the most amazing photos of our wedding and she was extremely easy to work with. She is so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we got the best photos possible.     Lena was a joy to work with. The photos from my wedding came out beautiful. They were light, natural, and not overly posed. She made me and my husband feel very comfortable (we're not naturally photogenic.) She also delt well with my nieces and nephews, they loved her and followed her directions. I also hired her to take photos of my Airbnb, which turned out great. The photos made the space look awesome, well worth the investment. She is a very talented and versitile photographer. I'd recommend her to anyone.
