I’m Kayla- a Pittsburgh wedding photographer, storyteller, and believer that the best photos come from moments that unfold naturally. I serve couples all over Pittsburgh (and beyond!) who value genuine emotion, meaningful connection, and photography that beautifully reflects who they are. I’m not just here to take pretty photos—I’m here to help you feel comfortable, guide you when needed, and create a space where your personalities can shine. I strive to connect with my couples and to work with your vision to create timeless, romantic photographs that you will cherish for a lifetime. You will usually find me breaking it down on your dance floor when your DJ plays Whitney Houston, rounding up your great aunt for family portraits, and fixing your groomsmen boutonnieres ten times a night. Kayla’s photography expertise made our wedding memorable. We are so thankful to have found such a wonderful professional to capture so many beautiful moments. The whole family were in awe of the photos that were taken. We also appreciated that Kayla talked to us ahead of time to be sure of what we expected. Kayla is an incredible photographer! We did our engagement session and wedding photos with her and she did an amazing job. Not only are her photos beautiful, but she was such a huge support for us on our wedding day. She helped make sure we were on schedule, ensured everyone was where they needed to be for photos, and made sure we got all of the shots we wanted. Everything was fun and stress free and we walked away with the best photos. When we looked through our gallery, we found so many wonderful candid moments of our bridal party and guests that we didn’t even realize had happened! She did a phenomenal job capturing our day and we would recommend her to anyone!

Kayla photographed a couple that I had been working with who didn't feel comfortable being in front of a camera. She worked with them in a way that made them feel reassured and relaxed on their wedding day, which was so helpful to me as their wedding planner! She was also super flexible and easy to work with as we tweaked the schedule on the wedding day to keep things running smoothly. And of course, she takes gorgeous photos!
