Q: How would you describe your style?

I'm all about the natural interactions between you and your loved ones. Relaxed, candid, adventurous, authentic. I want you to feel like I captured who you are as a couple, family, individual. Vibrant and film-like.

Q: We’re “awkward”, can you help us?

Yes of course. Its understandable to feel uncomfortable in front of the camera, since most people are not used to having their picture taken. But I want you to forget I’m even there, and prompt you through everything so you can feel comfortable and empowered.

Q: Do you travel?

Yes! I travel all around Oklahoma, new York/Hudson valley and beyond! Some travel fees may apply. Please fill out a contact form to inquire.

Q: When should I book? How long before my wedding date?

As soon as you have a date for your event, inquire with me! It is never too early to book your wedding vendors.

Q: Are you lgbtq+ friendly?

Absolutely! I'm here for every single type of love story. Everyone is welcome here.

Q: Do you shoot elopements?

Yes! If you are opting for a less traditional wedding day, I will be there for the adventure!

Q: Do you help with the planning process?

Yes! Location scouting, outfit ideas, wedding day timelines, vendor recommendations, etc.

Q: Is an engagement session necesarry?

I always recommend having an engagement session. Not only to capture that time in your relationship, but to serve as practice for the big day. Especially if you've never had your photo taken professionally. Its also a way for you and your photographer to get to know each other!

Q: Can we bring our dog?

Yesss please! All the doggos are welcome!

Q: Do you offer un-edited photos?

No. Editing is a large portion of my creative process. Un-edited photos are not a representation of my work, so they are not included in any package.

I love to incorporate nature into every shoot I do. I encourage my clients to pick a spot that brings them joy or is meaningful to them! My partner and I eloped in the mountains of Colorado and camped for our reception, and we couldn't be more grateful to have had Katherine be the one shooting our big day! Katherine is not only an incredible photographer, but was an amazing addition to our wedding. Of course she captured all the big important moments beautifully, but what made me tear up when we got our photos back was seeing how intentionally she captured all the in between. The shared laughs and little moments with my partner. She went above and beyond in all ways and is such a kind and easy going person to include.

We absolutely LOVED working with Kat! She was so attentive to details and took great care in making sure she understood our vision for our wedding pictures. She was so fun to work with and was genuinely invested in making she our day was captured the way we wanted it to be captured. Katherine had a super friendly and easy booking process which is what drew us in! It was super important to me to get to know our photographer and for them to get to know us before our wedding day! She offered a phone call and even an in-person meeting just to chat. She’s answered all my questions and has even gone far and above to help me out in some of the wedding process! I feel super comfortable with letting her do her thing on her wedding day and she’s taken that stress away from me. (Which is priceless!) Our engagement photos turned out amazing. She provided many of different styles (flash, film, and even created reels and GIFs for us!!) We’re looking forward to our wedding with her! UPDATE: Katherine worked at our wedding and was AMAZING! I can not tell you how many compliments I got on the vendors we picked, her being one of them. She helped and went out of her way to intentionally create magical moments for us. At every moment, the photographers were right there to help me. (Even to take off my shoes, get a drink for me, everything!!). Way more than what we ever expect of a photographer, but she genuinely cared for us to have a good wedding. She also provided us with amazing sneak peeks and we can't wait to get the rest of them!! We quickly booked her again for family Christmas photos and can't wait to keep her around to photograph all our milestones!
