Joe captured our special day beautifully. The photos came out great! We appreciate Joe's expertise and being flexible especially since it was raining on our wedding day. He had wonderful ideas for poses and chose the perfect spots around the property to take our pictures to keep us dry. While we appreciate having Joe as our photographer for our wedding, we do not appreciate the lack of communication after we chose him. We picked him to be our photographer and paid our deposit in October of 2023. He was very informative about the package that we paid for and expressed excitement the first time we inquired about his services, which is why we chose him in the first place. He was funny and told me all the gifts and perks of the package. Making his business sound top-tier. Months down the road, we did not hear from him until it was getting close to the day to pay the rest of the balance. We were given only a reminder. Absolutley no information or updates about his services on wedding day until the week of my wedding! The week of my wedding, we got on a phone call, and it sounded like he forgot when our wedding was and thought our wedding was at a different location. I know life is busy, but I would expect as a business that should have been already set on a calendar. I don't enjoy spending my hard-earned money on businesses that don't take things seriously, especially on an important day when we're paying a lot of money. I just wish for more professionalism.
