Thanks for checking out Gesina Marie Photography. I earned my Bachelors in Art History and Photography from the University of Colorado. I would describe my style of photographing as candid, with editorial sprinkled in. Smiles should be natural, not forced, and weddings should be about getting marries, not a photoshoot. My photos capture the natural emotions and fleeting in-between moments of every wedding. From small glances at each other to the chocolate covered ring bearer, I want my photos to tell a story, your story.

Gesina Marie Photography is a team that believes in experiencing the moment and not wasting even a second of your day. We will be the ones bustling your dress, holding your bouquet, whilst capturing every laugh, tear and kiss alongside you. We shoot what's candid and what's real, so even when the moment has passed, you can still return, and go back to it again.

    Gesina and her associate Boris are the most amazing, talented and professional photographers I have worked with. Gesina is so kind, fun and organized. She listens to what you want and offers advice if you are not sure how to act in front of a camera. She went above and beyond. Her photos are a work of art. Her naturalist, catch the moment, photos are exactly what I was looking for and with a little bit of her direction I have loved all the engagement and wedding pictures she took. She is a genius.

    Let's face it, I know why you're here. You're looking for the perfect photographer. One that is kind, makes you feel incredible, and most importantly is good at what they do. Well, you found her. The moment Gesina walked in she was instantly part of the group. As the wedding coordinator, I actually thought she was family, at first. Her vibrant personality and adaptability (we had to bump things up to avoid traffic and it didn't phase her at all) were only second to her photography. The raw emotion and beauty that she captured, and the effortless way in which she did it, was breathtaking! I'm telling you, I've met and worked with a lot of photographers and she (and Boris) is at the top of her game. So, don't be a chucklehead. Stop reading and go hire her!!!!

    From the very moment that we met Gesina, we could tell she was very passionate about her work. From the time of the initial meeting to the time we received our photos, Gesina was there 100%. She has a knack for finding the right light, angle, depths, etc.. She caught so many memories from our wedding and everyone in it! She also has a great sense of "catching" people in the moment. We are both just blown away how beautiful the photos are. We are forever grateful to have Gesina as our photographer. I will be definitely spreading the word! Gesina is very passionate about her work and it truly shows! We both absolutely love her photography and will definitely be using her in the future! We've used her for our engagement, wedding, maternity, and family pictures!

    Gesina and Boris were so amazing to work with! We booked Gesina Marie Photography over a year before our wedding to make sure that we could have her as our photographer. She was so flexible in rescheduling our engagement shoot that got rained out AND in working with us when COVID forced us to change our original wedding plans to a smaller ceremony. When we saw our photographs from our wedding day, we were BLOWN AWAY. They managed to capture every moment of the day. Her and Boris were so friendly and made everyone feel so comfortable. They were great at giving direction for poses, and also at capturing the candid shots as well. I am not joking when I say everyone at our wedding ceremony complimented the two of them and are OBSESSED with how our photos turned out. Hire her - you will be in great hands for whatever event you are needing photographed! We will definitely be using Gesina Marie in the future! :)
