My passion has always been to serve people & love them well! I used to work in the medical field & found that passion for others & wanting to freeze time flow into my Photography business! I saw how sudden life could change or be taken in my career as an occupational therapist! I knew I wanted nothing more than to give people tangible items to look back on and treasure for years to come! Also, who doesn’t love, love? It’s so stinking sweet!

Honestly, I’m just your laid back, giddy, corky southern girl! I love to offer a comfortable, inclusive, judgment free, expressive atmosphere for all my clients that I work with! I don’t often meet a stranger either lol. I love to tell a story and give more prompts than poses to my clients! The movement with the prompts gives a true interaction capture for me behind the camera! My style combines posed as well, so your grandma + mama have a picture for the wall! I just lean more toward the documentary/movement style that capture emotive story telling! By the end I want to be your built in friend & hype woman!

Working with McKenzie for our elopement was so easy. From the moment we reached out to her, she made us feel completely comfortable. She took the time to understand our vision and tailored the experience to perfectly match our intimate celebration. She made sure the we met before the wedding so that we were comfortable with her. On our big day she was incredibly professional, and yet, so personable, making us feel like we were with an old friend. The photos are beyond stunning and turned out better than I could have imagined. She captured every beautiful moment. We couldn’t be happier with the memories she has given us. McKenzie took my engagement photos and will also be our wedding photographer in September. When I say she did AMAZING it would be an understatement. She truly has a passion for photography and it shows. McKenzie is so friendly and outgoing it was like we had known her our entire lives. We were so comfortable with her and beyond pleased with the out come of not only our photos but our experience as well! We truly could not have chosen a better photographer for our wedding and I am so blessed McKenzie will be the one capturing such an important event in our lives!!
