We are photographers based in Western New York. We're passionate when it comes to capturing those timeless in-between moments. When I'm not shooting, you can find me either hiking, tending to my ridiculous amount of houseplants, playing video games, or drawing. We specialize in weddings, couples, family and singles photo shoots. We love meeting new clients and getting the opportunity to capture moments that they can cherish for a lifetime. The only thing we love more is when clients become lifelong friends! Let's capture memories together!

We capture true love with all the candid shots and such beautiful in-between moments! We like to make couples feel comfortable and enjoy every minute of their day.     After waiting a full year for our wedding video and begging with them to send us something for our first anniversary, they sent us a "draft video" made up of three bad clips strung together with music in the background. It could’ve been taken on any cell phone. You can’t even see who is talking during the speeches. I’ve cut the sound so it can’t be taken as copyright infringement. There’s nothing of the venue. None of our family and friends. No dances, entrances, decor. If this is the rough draft after a full year, it’s clear they’ve done nothing. Not only have they been rude, unprofessional, and untimely but they take little responsibility. It’s the contract videographer’s fault for being late. It’s our fault for asking for literally any version of a wedding video to watch on our one-year anniversary. We were told a six-month turnaround for the wedding video. Six months passed in May. We were told our video was “next” in June. They asked for songs in August. In October, they completely stopped answering us. They said some personal issues came up but didn’t communicate anything at all to us. We had to schedule a consultation under another name just to get someone to respond to us about where our wedding video was. Eventually, they sent us the raw footage. 400GB of raw footage. Too much to even download on our computers. Clicking around, it’s mostly junk takes. Zero organization. We’ve been patient. We’ve been understanding. But it’s been over a year and this is too much. We asked for a refund, so we could pay a videographer to put something together and were told it’s “not even an option,” that our money back “wouldn’t make us happy.” And they’re right. This whole situation has put a cloud over our anniversary and our lives for the past month that we can’t get back. I do not want to be posting this at all but I hope no couple has to deal with this in the future. All we wanted was our wedding video by our first anniversary and all we got was disappointment and a massive headache.

    Bound and Branch was absolutely perfect and they exceeded all of our expectations. Justin and Cedric were charismatic, comforting, fun to be around and skilled at their trade. As I sit here writing this review, I cannot think of adequate enough words to describe how beautifully they captured our special day and how much we enjoyed their company. They are the most down to earth photographers, and people, I’ve ever met. Bound and Branch will forever be our go to for every photography need! Thank you, Justin and Cedric! :)
