I love hanging out with my kids, beach combing for really neat shells, cuddling with my dog who just so happens to be named Princess Fiona after the movie Shrek, and being an amazing wife to my husband while bringing joy to peoples lives through professional photography. I am super down to earth, pretty dang fun, and super creative. When I get clients who trust me 120%, their galleries are beyond EPIC. At the end of the day, I'm just a girl who fell in love with photography! I also enjoy museums, and find inspiration in architecture, high end fashion magazines and underground art.

I built my business out of love and I continue to nurture it by taking the steps to learn new things, stay up to date with trends, all the while maintaining the original idea of my company; to provide a wonderful experience documenting and curating beautiful images for people that appreciate quality through professional photography. Bokeh Love saved my wedding! I was in a panic when my circumstances changed and I was left without a photographer with just over 4 months until my out of state wedding. Lauren was able to get me booked and planned out in time for my day. Her and her assistant were fantastic. They were not afraid to help wrangle relatives that were interfering to make sure that my husband and I got the pictures we wanted. The final results are beautiful. I got every shot I wanted and I love everything I got. I can’t recommend her enough!

To say I love my photographer would be an understatement. Our special day was thrown together in 6 weeks, but you couldn’t tell by looking at our pictures. Lauren took the time to speak with me about the moments that were most important to me, and why. After explaining to her that my father had cancer and his diagnosis was a big part of our rush, she made it her mission to capture every smile every tear every dance and every look my husband and I shared, and my father shared with everyone in attendance, especially me. She set up the first look between my husband son and I, she understood my vision and my need to be different, her artistic eye and attention to detail turned a broken down roadside stand into the perfect fall/Halloween backdrop for our first look. When it came time for my father to see me, before our guest, she set him up, back turned and captured every smile, and every tear he and shared in that moment. She created memories for myself, my husband and our family, and froze them in time with pictures that I will always treasure, and I couldn’t be happier and anymore grateful for how much love and dedication she poured into making sure our special day and every moment of it was captured

Typically, couples book me about 13 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.

I always have a 2nd photographer! We use different lenses to get all the different angles, and this allows you to have a photographer with each one of you while you're getting ready! Don’t worry, this won’t cost you extra, it's built into the collection price.

Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. I also will remove any blemishes that will not be there in 2 weeks at no cost from your portraits. Additionally, I offer retouching services like teeth whitening, head swaps, etc... for an additional charge.

No, I prefer focusing on photography only, so you can get the best wedding pictures possible. Check out my preferred vendors to find my favorite people to work with!

You will receive your full gallery in about one month.

You can expect about 80-150 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.

I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.

In my 10 years of experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted 2nd photographer. I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement.
