Hey there! This is Amy. I am an engineer by day and photographer by night (and weekends). I am always looking for new opportunities to take more pictures, especially in awesome new locations. Reach out to discuss your next photoshoot, whether that is in Boston or on a far away mountaintop!

Most photographers you talk to probably hate editing, but I LOVE editing photos. For me, that is where the magic happens! It is crazy how much a little color correction can change a photo. I am always analyzing photos to see how edits were done, and learning new ways to improve my editing skills.

    Amy was amazing to work with for our engagement and wedding photos! Her professionalism and friendliness made us feel really at ease working with her from the first time we met. She was cheerful and accommodating even when we encountered unexpected situations, like Boston Public Garden draining their pond during our engagement session (and the photos turned out great!). We had very early start times for both our engagement and wedding shoots, and Amy was really flexible with those and very punctual for everything. She also did an amazing job covering our shot list, which included a lot of different configurations of family photos, pictures with each table, and even a strange request to capture a candid photo of my husband and I taking a bite of food during the reception (we're huge foodies and wanted to capture that in our wedding album). We love how natural the photos look and how she captures little candid moments even during a posed photo. She was quick with the turnaround times for both our engagement and wedding albums, easy to communicate with through the whole process, and overall really lovely to work with - I would definitely recommend Amy for any couple/family looking for a photographer!

    Amy is a gem to work with! She is flexible with our unusual wedding schedule and was communicative the entire time. One of the things that really made us decide on picking Amy was her way of editing photos. She keeps the photos true to color but more enhanced and higher quality. It still looks very bridal and clean but without the weird tinted filter that many other photographers use. Highly recommend Amy and her team for all types of photography needs!!

    Amy Mei is an amazing photographer. I found her through Instagram and hired her for our engagement photoshoot in Fall 2021. Amy was great at instructing our pose and movement, and good with our pet cavalier king charles spaniel. Because it was a pleasant experience and the photos came out so beautiful, we decided to go with Amy for our noon wedding ceremony and reception. Fast forward to fall 2022, on the wedding morning it rained so we had to switch from outdoor garden to an indoor ceremony. Amy was very cheerful and told me that the cloudy, drizzly weather would make photos come out with more balance color, which made me feel better. The experience was really wholesome. I enjoyed getting our wedding photos taken throughout the day. Amy is really great at taking in genuine emotion and ambience into photos, and did I mention, Amy was SUPER quick with getting the pictures edited?? I admire Amy for her professionalism, punctuality, and her evolving signature photographic styles. Thank you so much for using your techniques to make my wedding a beatiful lifelong memory.
