This storyteller believes that your wedding day shouldn't feel like a photo shoot, but should be full of genuine moments that are unique to your love story. As a fly on the wall with a photojournalist style, I am less concerned about "blog worthy" shots and more about the candids that show who you are and who you love. I find importance in preserving fleeting moments and the importance of printing photos, not just letting them live in an online gallery.

I love nontraditional celebrations, whether they are at an art museum, historical property, or a dinner party in a backyard. Intimate weddings with personal touches are my favorite. I use she/her pronouns and wants to make all love stories from the LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities feel welcome and listened to.

    From our first call with Amy, we were impressed by her warmth, timely responses, and detail-oriented communication style. On the day of our wedding, Amy and her team seamlessly blended into the background, capturing all the candid, in-between moments that we will cherish forever. Amy made us feel completely at ease in front of the camera, and we hardly even noticed her taking photos - yet the final results were nothing short of extraordinary. The 50 (!!) preview photos she provided just days after our wedding were a wonderful surprise, and we are thrilled with the quality and value of their work (she even edited out a scrape I had from running). We cannot recommend Amy highly enough to any couple looking for a talented and professional photograger to help make their special day truly unforgettable.

    Holy cow! When we were looking for a photographer and we saw Amy’s photography we reached out right away hoping she would have availability. We decided against doing engagement photos and instead had Amy come a day early for the rehearsal dinner which we were so happy. Amy made sure to keep in touch leading up to the wedding and guided us regarding some of the decision making for day of. She was so easy to be around and was totally flexible with impending weather. It ended up raining day of and Amy was still able to get the most amazing shots. We wanted to make sure that she was able to capture the special moments during our weekend and she did just that. We had an amazing time looking through all of the photos and will treasure them FOREVER! Also, she got everything back to us so quickly which was so nice. We would 100% recommend hiring Amy for your photos. She is a rockstar with an amazing eye.
