    Well I’m not sure what exactly Sydney is talking about but I have had my makeup and hair done multiples time by Bryer and I will say it has been far above my expectations every time. All you have to do is tell her what you are wanting and she does it! I’m beyond excited and blessed to have her to apart of my wedding day and make us all look absolutely amazing!! Some people need to take in consideration that it takes time to make someone’s hair and makeup the way they want and to make their day special instead of leaving a hateful comment.

    I was very disappointed with the service I received for my trial, so I will not be booking them for my wedding, and I’m hoping that sharing the events that occurred might save another bride from the same experience. I am giving two stars because while most of my experience was terrible, the makeup was decent and turned out well in photos but in person was cakey and not waterproof. It was a 2-hour drive for me to attend the trial. I arrived 15 minutes early and at my appointment time (10:15) Bryer was working on another client who had arrived late and said she would just be a few more minutes. Amy was at home with her son who was sick so Bryer had to do both hair and makeup. My service was not started until 11:15, and I was not sent any sort of email or given a heads-up for any of the aforementioned things. For the delay in service, I was given a 30 discount when I paid at the register, making what I paid equal to what I was originally quoted on Zola and what they charge seniors for hair and makeup. My makeup took over an hour to do. Bryer asked what I thought of my makeup when she finished and I said it was cakey and she said it would get better with time but it looked the same 8 hours later. I asked her if it was waterproof and she said it was but when I cried in the car on the way home because I was so upset with the service I received, I had tear streaks on my foundation. Zola won't let me attach pictures, but my hair was not what I asked for nor what I would consider to be a wearable bridal style. I took it out immediately upon getting in the car. I will also note they had no hair products to match my hair color (brown/blond) - she used black bobby pins and a black hair tie. Because Bryer was so far behind, and I had an event I had to drive back for and attend (and I had been in the chair almost 2 hours at that point), she did not complete my lips or show me the half-up hair option she had proposed.

    I loved my makeup on my wedding. Amy and Briar made my wedding party and myself feel so cared for and did the perfect look on each of us. Their kind and genuine disposition really helped me feel comfortable on my big day. I cannot recommend them enough.

As a fellow service provider, I feel as if they did their job professionally, provided excellent quality, and everyone was 100% satisfied with their work! These girls k ow how to make their clients look and feel beautiful! I am excited to work beside them again!
