    Maekalah did my makeup for my wedding 10/5/2024 and I couldn’t have asked for a better artist! Not only did I have to change my venue 6 months before the wedding, I had to change the time of my wedding from 5pm to 10:30am, meaning hair and makeup had to start at 6:30am! I was so nervous to tell Maekalah of the change (idk why because she’s literally the sweetest person ever!) but she was like nbd I’ll just bring more help to make sure we’re on time. From the moment I had my trial, I knew Maekalah could do no wrong, I got so many compliments and was so at ease the day of my wedding. My makeup looked so good day of, and Maekalah sent me on my way with a little mini touch up kit. Check out her instagram!

On the day of the wedding, she arrived early and even called to offer me coffee - she was so sweet and helpful to me and the other vendors as well.     I cannot say enough good things about Maekalah! She is incredibly talented and made me and my girls feel beautiful! Maekalah did my makeup on three separate occasions - for my bridal shower, trial, and then my wedding day. We did two different looks for both my bridal shower and wedding day and received so many compliments. She is very easy to work with and was extremely accommodating when having to shift our timeline. She makes you feels so comfortable and like your talking to a best friend when in the chair. I would HIGHLY recommend Maekalah to make you feel the amazing on your wedding day!!
