Owner & Lead Artist

Chryss White is a highly trained Makeup Artist (MUA) located in the DFW metroplex. Her love for makeup started at the age of six, as she would study it through the lens of her mother. Naturally, her passion blossomed into a career. She spent over a decade refining her skills and broadening her makeup experiences while employed with MAC Cosmetics. Since leaving, she has freelanced for all manner of jobs, from bridal to body painting, fashion to fetish, commercial to theatrical. She continues to acquire the latest education in makeup trends, techniques, and cutting-edge product knowledge.

Chryss views her clients and models as living canvases and believes that each client/model is distinctively unique. Regardless of shape, color, texture, each person has a vision and a story. Every client must be specially prepped and painted to create a flawless and customized application.

JC Beauty was an absolute pleasure to work with for my wedding day beauty needs. Their communication throughout the planning process was always informative, timely, and they were incredibly patient as I asked countless questions. On the day of, their team delivered beautiful, luxurious hair and makeup that felt both elegant and not heavy or cakey. They made the beauty side of everything completely stress-free and smooth, while also maintaining a fun but professional demeanor that put me at ease. I couldn't have been happier with the final look, and would give JC Beauty a 10 out of 10 recommendation to any future brides.

JC Beauty was a pleasure to work with for my wedding day. Their communication via email and text was prompt and professional. As a makeup artist, they were skilled at creating beautiful looks for all skin tones. They made me feel beautiful, and I loved my final look - the eyeshadow was gorgeous, and they did a great job on my brows. The full coverage makeup stayed on well, even into the next day. While the lip liner could have been blended a bit more, I was thrilled with the overall quality and value of their services. I would highly recommend JC Beauty to any couple planning their wedding.

I cannot in good conscience recommend JC Beauty. The poor communication and unreliable service led to unnecessary stress. There are more positive options in the community.
