I’m a makeup artist based in Austin, Texas, specializing in beauty, bridal, and commercial makeup. After graduating from the University of Texas with a degree in Corporate Communications, I started working as a makeup artist to fulfill my creative passion. Over the last five years, I've done makeup for engagement shoots, weddings, boudoir, corporate advertising shoots, and special events. I partner with some of the best hairstylists in Austin to help brides and their wedding party look their best on their wedding day.

My makeup style is definitely more natural than glamorous. Many of the brides I see don't wear makeup on a day-to-day basis and want to look themselves on their wedding day, only better. I focus on skincare prior to makeup application, which helps a bride's natural skin shine through. My favorite compliment I get once a bride sees herself after sitting in my chair is, "I still look like me!"

    Working with Cristina for my wedding makeup & hair was a fantastic experience. Our wedding was a bit untraditional and I’m not into a lot of glam, so finding a makeup artist that truly specialized in a more natural look was really important to me, and Cristina was the perfect person for this. She has an incredible talent of highlighting your natural features and still keeping you very yourself, but with even more confidence. My mom and mother-in-law had never had their makeup done professionally and were a bit nervous, but she made them feel very comfortable and relaxed, and they walked away feeling beautiful and at ease. Highly recommend!!

    I loved how professional Cristina is. I emailed her and she made it all too easy. Gave me prices, ask me questions (ceremony start time). She immediately told me what time we will need to get started that day. Which was just amazing to already get started on planning. I didn’t realize the length of time make up / hair takes. She made everyone of us look beautiful. & plus! She also works closely with hair stylist! I completely trust Cristina to pick someone for me. So it was 1 less vendor I needed to search for. Hire Cristina, you won’t regret it!
